🛍 Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

📦 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a separate order for the new item once your return is accepted.


🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with our standard policy, the item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


💸 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
